However, in many organizations, HR and HR processes have been developed gradually and do not always align with current business requirements, legislation, and digital transformation. This leads to errors in HR document flow, data duplication, a high workload for the HR department, and decreased process transparency.
HR and HR consulting enables the development of a systemic, transparent, and manageable HR model. We help companies optimize HR processes, bring them into compliance with legislation, and implement modern digital HR management tools.
This project includes a comprehensive analysis of current HR processes: hiring and firing employees, HR records management, vacation and working time calculations, and HR document management. We identify bottlenecks, duplicate operations, and risks associated with regulatory noncompliance.
Based on this analysis, a target HR process model is developed, focused on automation, transparency, and scalability. We implement best HR management practices, including process standardization, procedure regulation, and integration with HRM systems.
Particular attention is paid to the digitalization of HR records: the implementation of electronic document management, automation of HR operations, and integration with accounting and ERP systems. This reduces manual labor, reduces the likelihood of errors, and increases the speed of data processing.
