- management of pharmaceuticals supply to medical organizations and the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- creation of a unified system for monitoring pharmaceuticals circulation;

"eAKIMAT" ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Customer: Akimat of Nur-Sultan
Task:
- provision of socially significant services to the population of the city of Nur-Sultan by the akimat within its powers and in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks facing the Office of the Nur-Sultan Akimat on information-analytical, legal support for the activities of the akim and akimat.

Solution:
Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- self-registration of the user on the portal and the creation of a personal account;
- sending by the user of an application (signed with an EDS) with the possibility of attaching the necessary documents for receiving services by authorized bodies (hereinafter referred to as AB);
- sending notifications, notices, decisions to the personal account of applicants;
- formation and coordination of decisions by employees of the akimat and subordinate bodies;
- interaction with other information systems (ГБДФЛ, ГБДЮЛ, БД «Nasselenie», Population Service Center information system).

Result:
"eAkimat" information system has greatly simplified the work of providing services to the population. At the time the system was put into operation, citizens could receive more than 17 public services in electronic format.

MONITORING SYSTEM FOR THE SANITARY AND EPIDEMIOLOGICAL SITUATION (MSSES)
Customer: Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Task:
- consolidation of existing and developed MSSES databases into one integrated system based on unified state and industry classifiers and НСИ;
- providing interested departments with relevant and reliable information about the objects of control in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- integration of information on control objects (medical and preventive organizations and production facilities);
- collection, processing and analysis of information on the qualitative indicators of the activities of the bodies and organizations of the sanitary and epidemiological service, the composition of which was developed by РСЭС specialists;
- implementation of control and supervisory activities and monitoring of the environment, sanitary and epidemiological surveillance of infectious diseases in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Solution:
Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- certification of production facilities;
- monitoring of production facilities;
- registration of cases of infectious and parasitic diseases;
- calculation of intensive indicators;

"INDIVIDUALS" STATE DATABASE (ISD)
Customer: Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Task:
- creation of a unified, national system for storing information about individuals, sufficient for their identification and determination of civil status;
- providing state bodies, departments, as well as organizations involved in accounting for certain categories of the population, with relevant and reliable information about the population living and temporarily staying in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- the use of a single individual identification number to provide data in existing and developing databases for registration and accounting of the category of the population in a single information field through the electronic government portals;
- improvement of information service for the population and reduction of time losses when citizens apply to state and local executive bodies.

Solution:
Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- exchange of information with the population documentation system of КРС МЮ РК, which ensures the filling of the ISD database;
- automated transfer of information for updating departmental information systems;
- receiving and processing operational requests of participants in interaction with the ISD system.

Result:
This system is integrated with the 59 information system of departments and state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which allows you to obtain information on the registration of individuals in the registry offices, in the areas of social insurance, medical care, pensions, tax and other services by UIN (unique identification number).

"MAKSAT" INFORMATION SYSTEM
Customer: Committee of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Task:

Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- accounting and analysis of military service activities;
- accounting and analysis of training, exercises with interacting bodies;
- accounting and analysis of practical firing, passing standards (final checks);
- tracking the best units and subunits of the internal troops, special forces units (hereinafter referred to as SFU) for the reporting periods in terms of training indicators;
- monitoring the planning of combat training classes;
- accounting for disciplinary practices (crimes and incidents committed by military personnel);
- accounting for weapons, material and technical means and valuables (equipment, weapons, property of the РХБЗ, etc.);
- accounting for the incidence of internal troops.

Result:
Thanks to the development of the information system, the documentation activities of the internal troops have almost completely switched to an electronic format. The number of simultaneously working users in the system can reach 500 users.

At the moment, "Registry office" information system is integrated with 12 information systems of departments and state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Solution:
Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- input and change of data on objects, devices and metering points;
- formation of task orders;
- input of meter readings;
- data entry on acts of violation of the rules for the use of electrical energy (UEE), surveys, connection/disconnection;
- performing the calculation of the volumes of consumed electric energy, calculation according to the acts of violation of the UEE, making adjustments;
- formation of a balance of power consumption for each metering point and in general for metering objects;
- formation of output information (reports);
- formation of invoices for prepayment, invoices for consumed energy resources, both according to metering devices and according to contractual loads;
- entering received payments.

Result:
The team of NAT Kazakhstan JSC has developed an information system that meets all the requirements of the Customer. The customer City Electric Networks JSC still uses this system in its work.

Customer: Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Task:
- increasing the efficiency of control over the implementation of the customs legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and improving the system for protecting the rights and interests of citizens, enterprises and institutions in the implementation of foreign economic activity;

CAIS-2 has helped simplify the process of filing a declaration. At the moment, this system is operated by employees of the central office of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and territorial bodies of state revenues, as well as employees of other state bodies and member states of the EEU.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS OF THE TAX COMMITTEE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN
Customer: Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Task:
- automation of filling, transfer, acceptance and processing of electronic forms of tax reporting;
- monitoring and analysis of tax reporting forms;
- exchange of information with state and other interested bodies.

Solution:
Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- acceptance and processing of tax reporting in electronic form;
- formation of accrual registers for subsequent posting to personal accounts;
- formation of analytical and statistical reporting;
- transfer of data from the submitted tax reporting to related information systems of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Result:
These systems allow employees of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subordinate bodies to receive and process up to 3,000 requests per day, including the provision of tax reporting forms using client applications developed for information systems.

INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR MANAGING THE COURIER DELIVERY SERVICE
Customer: Direct Delivery LLP
Task:
- automation of the procedure for managing the courier delivery service from the operator receiving orders to invoicing customers and controlling payment;

- ensuring functioning in the multiuser mode;
- organization of information exchange between employees of the company and Clients.

Solution:
Creation of an information system with the following functions:
- tracking the state of the cargo by the number of the consignment note;
- formation and monitoring of preliminary calculations, applications, invoices and manifests;
- formation of accounting and delivery sheets;
- closing statuses for applications, invoices and manifests;
- use of fast information input tools (barcode scanners, automatic substitution of data from the database, etc.);
- invoicing clients and tracking payments;
