This Policy applies to all territorial divisions and subsidiaries of the Company.

In its activities, the Company undertakes to:
- Comply with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2016 and constantly improve the effectiveness of the quality management system;
- Comply with the requirements of legislative, regulatory and legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We are focused on:
- Building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with customers, partners and employees of the company;
- A high-quality result of work, which for us means achieving the client's expectations by fulfilling our stated obligations on time.

Ways to achieve quality for us are:
- Application of a combination of process and system approach with a focus on a specific result in the management of the Company;
- Regular analysis and continuous improvement of key business processes;
- The most accurate identification of the true needs of customers;
- Making decisions based on facts, avoiding emotional decisions;
- Improvement of work with clients based on the analysis of their satisfaction;
- Continuous professional development of employees;
- Personal responsibility of employees to each other for the overall result.
- In order to promote products that are truly innovative and delightful for people, we ourselves use such products within the Society.

This Policy is a declaration of the position of the Management Board of the Company in the field of quality and is the basis for improving the rules and processes of the company.

Since 2005, the company's quality management system has been meeting the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2009 "Quality management systems. Requirements".

Since 2014, the company's production processes have been in line with the international quality model in the field of software development CMMI level 3.

Since 2017, the company's quality management system meets the requirements of ST RK ISO 9001-2016. "Quality management systems. Requirements".
